How do I shop for a product?
OK, here's an example. Suppose you want to buysome 10 amp blade fuses.
From the menu on the left select fuses, you will then see a selection
of fuses. Click on view and an image of the selected item will appear
. If you would like to purchase this item, click 'add to basket'. Don't
worry, you can't buy anything by accident!
How
do I buy an item?
When you have found the product you are looking for, click 'add to basket'.
When you add an item to your order you can change the quantity by altering
the number in the quantity box and clicking 'recalculate'. When you
have finished shopping click on 'view basket' at the top of the screen.
You will be taken to a screen that shows you the contents of your shopping
basket. Check that you are happy with everything you have added to it
and click 'check out'.
You will then be asked to confirm your order (this is the last chance
you will get to amend your order), and enter your daytime telephone
number and e-mail address - as this is the only way we can contact you.
Next click on 'enter payment details' and you will be transferred to
our secure server and asked to enter your details. Simply fill in all
the fields offered and click 'confirm payment details'. Remember, all
of this information is saved securely on our secure server. Finally
we ask you to confirm your order one last time and then that's it! Once
we have successfully received your order we will confirm it by e-mail.
